Upgrade install unsuccessfull

    Guys,

    I need some advice please.

    I run a licenced Homegate 2.0.0 on my desktop, but when I try to install the downloaded upgrade package :confused: of Homegate 3.2.0 it tells me that it can't find a valid install. (see attachment)

    What am I doing wrong? :confused:

    Unfortunatly you have to purchase the version 3 upgrade before you can go to 3.2.0. It is nort a free upgrade from V2 to V3.

    It gives you extra things like Logic etc.
