I have supplied & programmed some gear to an electrician
He has supplied all the lights
There are 2 univeral dimmers controlling some LED lights
He has reported that one of the dimmer channels is "acting funny" (his words :)), when he tries to manually operate it. Apparently it is flashing 1 long, followed by 1 short. I have never seen this before, any ideas?
I have sent him a message to clarify the no of drivers on the channel, & also to try it with an incandescent load

Sounds like the uni dimmer is switching between modes (leading / trailing) and not settling on either.

This means your LED lamps are not compatible.

Solutions: try a load compatibility device, or remove the dodgy LED lamps and replace them with proper ones that actually work.

I have talked to the installer
This particular problem looks like it was caused by incorrectly wired drivers.
    1 other issue though
There is flicker happening on 3 separate channels (2 different dimmers)
Flicker is present when using an incandescent test lamp. LEDs moved to spare channel & operate normally
    Thank you
