It appears to be pretty consistently happening when I open the network for these same four units. These four units are all input units and the only one showing up normally is the bus coupler.

Double clicking on them in the bottom Network section causes it to Verify the unit and loads data from network (with a % complete bar showing) then changing "Unit not responding" to "Yes".

Network is consuming 216 mA with 600 mA available. I am connecting through Wiser CNI over ethernet.

Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot this?

    Run the diagnostics in Toolkit.
The button is in the picture you sent.
    Check burden, clocks and voltages.
    Try a plug in burden.
Try another type of CBus interface.

How do all the voltages look?

My first thought is low power.. And unfortunately u cant take toolkits word for consumption and supply.. I have jobs where the psu have failed internally inside the dimmer and relay and caused all sorts of misbehaviours..
