Unable to see visualization LSS5500SHAC

    Hi I am new to this, I have installed a LSS5500SHAC, with latest firmware, set a plan, added layout, put objects on it and all looks ok in the configurator design view however when I try either tablet or phone I see nothing other than the menu icon. its as though they are not enabled. in vis structure, Levels there is a column called visible and its blank, I cannot see where I can make it visible. (screen shot attached). Can someone please point me in the right direction?

    You need to add a plan to the Vis Structure. Then you can click on the plan to bring up it's properties and there a combo boxes to enable either/both tablet and smart phone access.
