    Hi all,

I Followed the option B connection
I Connected a Wiser In LAN.

    Wiser 192.168.1.54
    Port 8080

    CNI 192.168.1.55
    Port 10001

    Default Gateway 192.168.1.1

In PICED I enabled the NAT ,Projecter & ToolKit Control.
LAN enabled , Default gateway 192.168.1.1

In Wiser Setup DHCP is Disabled

I am having D-link DSL 2504U router.I forwarded the below mentioned ports in router NAT Virtual server.

    8080
    8336-8337
    8888-8889
    10001
I am not facing any issues while accessing through the LAN.
    But
While accessing it through the WAN (remote connection).....I am getting an error stating that Unable to connect the wiser with red color hand symbol.

Please help me out the integration.

    Thanks

It sounds like your port 8888 forwarding is not working but your 8080 is working. I say that because if you are able to access the Wiser's UI from WAN, then 8080 is working. If you then subsequently see unable to connect to Wiser, it means it could not connect through port 8888.
