I have an early 5500SHAC where i keep on getting "Error connection refused" when i try to access it via its default ip of 192.168.0.10 on a Chrome or Firefox Browser. The username / password screen doesn't even come up.

I can access the 5500SHAC via CBus Toolkit v1.18.2 using the default CNI connection 192.168.0.10:10001 and i can ping in the windows command prompt 192.168.0.10 successfully but i can't seem to bring up the SHAC web browser both in Chrome or Firefox.

    I have tried the following:

    1. 5500SHAC Software reset
    2. 5500 SHAC Hardware reset (even after these resets Cbus toolkit connects but i can't bring up the Webpage at 192.168.0.10)
    3. I have turned off both Nord VPN programs and AVG security programs
    4. I confirmed that both Chrome and Firefox are allowed to access the network and bypasses Windows firewall

Any idea on what i should try next? I'm using Windows 11 , i will try to find an older laptop with Windows 10 where it previously worked many many years go. Not sure what else to try - connect via USB instead?

Potentially a port issue? Was a HTTP or HTTPS port specified in the settings?
