I have to replace some water damaged Ulti units at a client, 58xxD1T2aa, its a dimmer keypad unit.

I have never installed these units despite being a full time cbus installer for 15 years.

Does anyone have any info on how to configure these units once installed.

    pdf install etc.

    Regards

Am I the only one that thinks it's sad that Clipsal employees have to provide links to external web-sites to provide customers with information on Clipsal products?

    Hi Ashley,

Thought you were doing a beat up.............................. until

    clipsal.com/cis
    Page not found
We're sorry! We seem to have lost this page.

    Whhhhhaaattt? Where has this gone??

and then I was sure you were wrong and I'd easily be able to find old manuals for C-Bus gear that I list on our site.....

    Whhhhhaaattt? Where has this gone??

but I was 'reassured' to find out How to properly dispose of my brand new SHACs and NACs is easily found
    '

Sorry Clipsal guys, I agree with Ashley, this isn't a good look. Please whack your web guys.

    Hi Ashley,

No... I find it embarrassing too.

Having said that.. Normally there is an "official" link to be found and I would go looking for it, but in this case, I just wanted to give a quick answer.
