Tuners not work

    Hi,

    I have 3 matix's on one site, they have been working fine for 4 years.

    matix 1 displays both tuners, but only tuner 2 is working, then matix 3 tuner 1 dosent work.



    has anyone ever had this problem before?

    make sure they have been upgraded to generation 2 tuners where the AM radio actually works. need to talk to support.
