Just wondering if there is a way of getting the DCBM Wizard to recognize/work with the Tridonic DALI USB interface?

A clipsal tutorial video (here: ) mentions using the older serial version but nothing about the usb version. DCBM wizard only allows you to select serial (com port) or network.

Is there some trick to get it recognize the usb DALI programming interface or will i need to use another program like Master Configurator to scan the DALI network?

    This forum is about C-Bus.

You are unlikely to get any useful info here re that product.

You may get further on a DALI related forum, there some around (eg, on LinkedIn, DrDali, and similar). Many of these are not very active.

If you don't have all the equipment listed in DCBM requirements you could use Tridonic DALI software for your USB interface to program the Dali drivers.
Then use CBus Toolkit to map the CBus addresses to DALI addresses.

I have a serial SCI and use software called DALI Tool but I believe Master Configurator is the one you want for your USB interface.

You could try calling Tridonic Australia for some technical advice if required.
I've had good support from them in the past.

Which Clipsal DALI products are on the site?
