Triggering lighting with logic

    I'm just new at this logic stuff, so please disregard my ignorance.
    What i want to achieve is lights in kitchen and toilet will turn on at dim levels for period of time and be triggered by movement in room when lighting level is low.
    I have a multi sensor in kitchen that i want to trigger night lighting scene that is stored in B/W touch screen.
    I only want the scene to be able to be triggered when lighting level in kithcen at multi sensor drops below set lux level.
    Any help with logic code much appreciated

    Do you have any C-Bus devices that are capable of running logic? i.e. Colour C-Touch, PAC, Homegate / Schedule Plus, Minder?
