trigger scene throught outdoor sensor

here's a head scracher

i have made a trigger sence on toolkit and assigned that to an outdoor sensor then i made a sence on a colour touch screen that would be triggered when the sensor came on but i seem to have a problem at night the sensor does not time out have i programmed the sence wrong or is it the sensor :confuse
and does the outdorr sensor really have an effective 18meter range or is this only in a perfect world situation????

from the sounds of things you have only created the on scene. You need to create a second scene (the off scene) to be triggerd once the sensor turns the group address off.
