Transfer C-touch BW no logic to laptop (no images)

    Hi Guys
    I have an old C Touch BW mk2 that I try to transfer to my laptop. every thing comes across except the images. I am not transferring the .zip file on the project file. would this be the issue ?
    be kind Im old and stupid

    Unfortunately you cannot retrieve the images from that device. Images are not even saved in the zip file.

    So I would need the original project file, then transfer to the unit?

    Yes. Either that or manually recreate the images. Then create a backup (or two) :)
