Yesterday I visited a site which was installed back in 1993
47 units in total, 2 touch screens and one Home minder

When I scanned the system, the touch screen with serial number 000819400000 was recognized as BRIDGE2N (near side). Any idea why this happened?

Is there any chance you have a bridge at the same unit address as the touch screen?

I do vaguely recall seeing something like this in the past and it turned out that Toolkit was telling lies. If possible, can you try deleting the unit from the database at that address and then re-scanning your network?
