Touch Screen (Set Date and Time button problem)

    Good Afternoon

    I was wondering if anyone had heard of any issues with the Large Colour Touch Screens - Part number 5050CTC2

    One of my customers is programming one and has some problems

    Basically, the set date and time button on the touch screen makes a beep when he presses but it does nto take him to the actual page to set the date and time

    This also happens for the backlight dim and the backlight brightness and the scene set page

    The utility page is working but the other buttons do not take him anywhere

    Is this something that you have came across before

    The Set Date and time button is set to special function - date time set

    Any help would be greatly appreciated
