touch screen no power

    I have inherited a CBus2 withSC5000ST touch screen which doesnt power up anymore. Also we can only turn lights on manually from main control panel as the wall switches/buttons don't light up or work.

    Check what voltage you have on the Pink cat 5 and is the C-Bus light ON, on the output units

    You should be getting about 20-30 volts on the cbus cable, if not it is most likely a dimmer or relay power supply problem. If it's not the above you can try disconnecting devices until the system comes good, indicating the bad one.
