Touch Panel MK2 (B&W No Logic) - Transfer From Unit

    Hi all,

    I am trying to transfer files from a clients Black and White Touch Panel MK2. I am following the transfer from unit instructions i.e open PICED, connect USB to touch panel, start a new project, transfer files from unit.

    My PC talks to the unit and appears to transfer files, however once the transfer is complete the only files downloaded to the file location is an excel file.

    I also have an old version of the program on my PC. I opened the project, connected unit to PC and tried to refresh project, however there was no change to the project I.e it did not update.

    I confirmed that my PC was communicating with the touchscreen okay as I am able to connect to AC is and mirror the touchscreen display on my PC.

    Any help would be appreciated.
