just a few ideas for the next version(s) of toolkit you could think about.

    1. Add more information in the project manager so you can easily work out which project is which due to the limit of the project name. It gets quite hard when you have LOTS of projects. Maybe some sort of tag information that is only database information.

    2. The ability of cut and paste of groups from one project to another. This is because when you create templates in piced, you don't get the groups needed to make it work. I know you can use the import, but it gets messy. Maybe this is also a to-do list for piced templates?

    3. Show the logic groups for dimmer and relay units in the units list. This is very usefull when creating a database of a job that has already been done previously and you don't have the original database groups.

Yes, this one is on the list for documentation generation and support.

Strangely, We've just had another customer ask for this, and it's now on the list.

Hmmmm. Need to think about this one some more. It's certainly possible (as is skiing through a revolving door - given sufficient time and money to figure out how). Are you happy to suffer a slow network scan time while the extra info is retreived? It's certainly something to take into account for the much-rumoured and long-awaited documentation generation functionality.

    Hey Ash

What does time and money have to do with skiing through a revolving door

    FASTER please not slower

If things are going to be added which will make scanning slower PLEASE make them user selectable.
I think there is more then enough info on the page, I understand when look for bug etc it might be nice to see where the logic groups are without opening the unit BUT not if it's going to mean slower scans

Anything not essential to a scan will be optional.

ANother minor bugbear - when viewing groups, you see which relay or dimmer it is on, but not which channel!! Would be handy to have it say Relay 1, Channel 9 fior example, or a coded "R1C9".

    Hope this is worthwhile mentioning!
