Toolkit question

    I thought when I was using toolkit a few months ago that I was able to use a section of it with my project open to activate and deactivate circuits. Handy if I can achieve it to confirm whats what if there is any confusion.

    I cant seem to find it now, am I remembering it incorrectly? If not please point me the right way. ( i am on 1.9.3)
