And there goes Toolkit.... Kaspersky flagged my Toolkit and now it's gone.

I hope someone can update Kaspersky about the false possitive.

That version of Toolkit did it flag? Is this something that happened when you updated Toolkit, or the virus checker?

All virus programs do this (to some poor victim) now and again.

I suggest you report it yourself.

It was 1.12.5 version. I just worked as per usual and suddenly it popped up this error, I presume it did an anti-virus DB update in the background and then gave this error on a scan.

I restored the file from backup, yes I do make backups can you believe, and then excluded it from the File Antivirus checking.

Unfortunately Kaspersky doesn't provide an on-line channel to upload software for vetting. It seems you can only report false positives within the tool so you might like to try that Ingo.

I have also sent an e-mail to their support team linking to this thread and the C-Bus Toolkit download.

I also found that the prefix "HEUR" means heuristic. In other words, it is not detecting a known virus signature, it is simply guessing that it "could be". It may be possible to disable these heuristic detections in the tool.

There is an interesting-looking page here that suggests you can at least disable the deletion behaviour: http://whirlpool.net.au/wiki/config_kis2013

Sorry for the inconvenience, I hope Kaspersky can fix it soon.
