In Toolkit, Application logs (Lighting), I keep getting some strange entries (attached), with unknown group activity (event).

Does anyone know why this would be?

    Hi Josh,

That message is displayed when Toolkit gets a "Load Change Event" from CGate that it cant make sense of.. so its a defect. If you could send us your toolkit.ccl file after you see that message appear it would really help us nail it.

The toolkit.ccl file is a log file that Toolkit generates, it captures the raw output of CGate amongst other things and you will find it in your C:\Clipsal\Toolkit dir, it gets cleared out each time Toolkit starts. So start Toolkit, wait for one of those events to happen then shut down Toolkit and send us that file. You can send it to: [email protected]

    We'd really appreciate it.

Yes it seems our enthusiastic IT department has somewhat tightened the rules on what can/cant be attached to incoming emails.. encrypted ZIP's have been clamped down on.. I'm talking to them at the moment about excluding our .CCL files..

    Duncan,

I see Toolkit 1.3.2 gives more info regarding the activities in the log (in my case it is Piced trying to synch GA statuses), does this mean that the issue is fixed?

    Hi Josh,

Yes it does give a little more information now, because we didn't know what the actual message in your case was. Could you email a copy or screenshot of the new message to the earlier email address, with "for Daniel" in the subject?

    Thanks :)
