Toolkit 1.14.7 SSL error when connecting to C-Gate

    My laptop was recently updated to Windows 10 Anniversary Edition, and it was running Toolkit 1.13.#. When I attempted to run Toolkit I would receive the following error: "Secure Socket Layer DLL could not be found".
    I have just upgraded to Toolkit 1.14.7 which results with the same error.
    I suspect Win-10 is the culprit - Prior to this no problems.
    Does anyone have a solution?.
    I note in this forum that there was a similar issue with Toolkit 1.11.#
