I am not able to integrate hikvision ip camera in wiser
    Hikvision ip Address:http://192.168.1.50
    Wiser ip Address:http://192.168.2.1

when i put ip add of hikvision directly on server it ask for user name & password and then i can see the video.

Explain me the procedure of accessing ip camera in wiser.

Couple of issues here. First, the IP camera is on 192.168.1.x and the Wiser is on 192.168.2.x . I'm not sure if the camera is on your LAN or on your WAN. There isn't enough info here to form a conclusion.

Second, if your IP camera requires entry of a username and password, then I don't think you'll be able to make it work with Wiser.

Your IP camera and your Wiser look like they may be on different subnets. You'll need to fix that issue first.

Also, IP Cameras that require a username may or may not be compatible with the wiser. If it's the type that allows you to specify the username and password in the URL then you may be able to get it to work. If it requires a user-login then you won't be able to get that type of camera working with the Wiser.
