    CBTI & V2 Software

It has been reported by a customer, that the TICA2 Beta upgrade does not work very well if you try and connect to the serial port, and use the C-Bus V2 installation software.

Apparently it is OK when used with Toolkit.

I have confirmed this - and this is not fixed in the TICA2 Beta2 release.

The fault is actually with the V2 software which is not initialising the PCI correctly.

I'll see if I can put a work-around into the CBTI firmware to try and fool V2.

In the meantime, try this new version out and if you find problems, please private message me or Richo and we will see what we can do.

    Further followup:

I have a fix that will make the CBTI work perfectly when you plug a serial cable into it and run the V2 software.

This will be in the next Beta (or the real release if we go that way).

The link in the version 2.0.2 download was incorrect. The link has been fixed now. Sorry.
