    Hi guys,

    We need help please.

    We are commissioning the following:

    C-Bus installation with 5 Networks, using a mix of C-Bus and DALI to do daylight harvesting.
    We use the C-Bus "backbone" topology.

    On the "Local" network (common/backbone network) we have our C-Touch with Logic and our 5500PC which needs to interface to TAC Xenta 913 controller.
    Xenta controller only have to address this network as the C-touch will issue scene commands across the bridges.

    When testing the C-Bus installation via Hyperterminal, everything works fine.
    The data structure is ok.

    There is however no joy when hooking it up to the TAC system.

    Could anyone please help with the following information;
    1) Serial cable pin-out on PCI and Xenta side (RJ45-RJ45)
    The cable seems to be ok as the LED on both devices indicate data
    exchange when signals are sent)

    2) Info on the TAC Xenta 913 programming setup, maybe with some examples or screenshots.

    3) The serial string needed from C-bus to TAC to enable monitoring on the BMS, again maybe with examples or screen shots.

    There seems to be a lack of in-depth documentation to enable above interface available on the internet.

    Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.

    Regards,
    Brodsky
