    Hi all.

We have and installation which is working fine with 8 zones.
It seems however whenever the power goes out, one or two zones stop working. Pressing the zone buttons on the front of the switcher and cycling through 1 or 2 sources seems to "wake it up". Its always zone 8, but occasionally one or two of the others. Not a big problem, just annoying.

    Is this normal?

There was an issue identified early this year that larger systems may do this on powerup. The fix is to have the amplifier firmware upgraded. Please contact CIS tech support.
