Switch not working

Hi every one we are facing a serious problem with the cbus system. we installed a cbus system 5 years back, present the cbus switches are not working some times they are working fine after 2 or 3 days the switches are not working. if we press on the buttons the lights are also not changing nothing is working it's like dead.

But once we reset the device through cbus toolkit and sends the program once again it's working fine. Its been a headache to always reset the device and send the program. please guys if any one faces this issue just help me out.

Is it all the key inputs which stop working?
If the CBus network scans reliably I would suspect a problem with the CBus power supplies or CBus network wiring.

You can log the network with CBus Toolkit using the "Application Log"
Use the help files if you are not sure how to do it.

If you backup your Toolkit project and post the .cbz file I will have a quick look at it.
