Recently had storm damage at a home. I hadto replace routers, Touch Screen etc but Wiser appeared ok
However, although I can ping the Wiser & I can access Toolkit through the Wiser / CNI, I cannot logon using the app.
The app will attempt to login, then gives me either:
    1. Frozen screen or
    2. Failure to Authenticate (Sounds like a line from my fav movie, "what we have here is a failure to authenticate:) )
    Any ideas

    Hi ray..

Can you access the wiser gui from a web browser?
When you are trying to access the wiser via app, is it only freezing on local, ie wifi or via 3g or on both?

Hi Roosta. 1st sorry for the slack reply. I've been caught on a job & this has moved to the back burner.
I think I have solved the issue, although the router is the same make (superseded model), there are some subtle changes in how port forwarding etc is set up. The App is working OK now on LAN & appears to be fine from 3G too
    Fingers crossed.
It was just unable to connect properly I think
Thank you for your help :)
