spare parts

    Is it possible to buy internal spare parts separately for the items which are not under warranty period. Eg. RVF relays, Dimmers

    CIS does not sell internal components of products as spare parts. Should you be brave enough to try and repair a product by yourself then you're most definitely on your own. It would most likely be the case that connecting a new product to a network that also contained a product that had been modified/repaired by a customer would invalidate the warranty of the new product.
