Solution to hard-to-find SendWOL bug

    Summary: It really would be nice if the PICED editor didn't hide weird characters (> ASCII 128) ... this was a royal pain to find ...

    My CTC was crashing (logic engine restarting) when executing a SendWOL. This was caused by copying the MAC address from the status page of a Windows 7 Network Connection, which included an unseen >128 ASCII character in the MAC address string that the PICED editor doesn't display when it is pasted in. Calling SendWOL with that character in the string crashes the CTC logic engine (but not the PICED logic engine). I thought the new PC must be sending some unexpected response back to the CTC, so hours of Wireshark later and it was all a goose chase!
