    Hi All,

I've just had the shac that I use as a programming mule lock up with a solid red power light.
I wasn't programming at the time but the unit was powered on.

    Anyone else experienced this problem?
I have tried the hardware reset but it doesn't appear to be starting a reboot cycle.

Any Ideas? feels like it might b

The percentage of red light tells you how busy the processor is. If it's full red it means the processor is 100% busy. I suggest you have loaded a script that is just hard looping. You will probably need to factory reset it.

Oddly I wasn't writing any code at the time of it changing.
I have attempted to factory reset the device but no matter the duration I hold the button for the device reset never initiates.
Is there any other tricks to the factory reset I'm not aware of?

Did you ever find a solution to this? Mine has done the same overnight - solid red power light, no status light - both the SW and HW reset buttons appear to have no impact.
