Show status of one group - press icon sends bell press to another group

    Hi there,

    Learning how the SHAC works etc. I can't find or can't search to find something.

    My Garage doors are on Group 1 and 2
    My Bus Coupler is on Group 3 and 4

    I want to show the group status on Visualisation of 3 with an Icon. and when I press that Icon, it triggers group 1

    How does one do that?

    (yes I am going to go on the LUA/Shac automation course)

    One way is to have 2 objects , sitting on top of each other.
    object 1/group one set to a blank icon.
    object 2/group 3 set to the icon(s) status you want, and set it to READ ONLY.

    You could also use the Alternative icons setting on Object 1
    add a Down icon for 1 %
    and and up Icon for 99%
    (have the 0% and 100% icon set to a moving icon)

    Then have a bit of code that sets object 1 value to 1% and 99% when the group 3 goes on/off
