SHAC/NAC Firmware Update

    Any word on when the next firmware update is scheduled?
    The lack of custom font support is becoming increasingly tiresome.

    Clipsal remain very quiet on this point... there are lots of shortcomings with the current release

    The SHAC is a really great product and could be even better. I really appreciate mine.

    Unfortunately it suffers from being OEM'd as a Clipsal branded product who are notorious for playing/launching with new product ideas and then ignoring them with updates is sales don't immediately meet expectations, I hope this doesn't happen to SHAC but I fear it has.

    SHAC has so much potential, please give it some TLC Clipsal/Schneider.

    They have other products ahead of this, the Wiser2 un-Flash update for a start. The wheels move slowly, we've been chasing the Wiser2 update since June.

    hopefully soon, they are releasing a new c-bus Dali interface early this year along with a new spacelogic c-bus commissioning software

    Don't blame Clipsal. Service and support was good before Schneider came along. They seem to kill everything they touch.

    @Weedo What sort of custom font support are you looking for?
    I'm on V1.6 and can upload TTF and OTF fonts. The fonts are only visible in Chrome on my Mac, and don't resolve on iOS devices or Safari.
    I'm not sure what a PC looks like with font compatibility.

    I hope Clipsal can work on full compatibility some time soon. Otherwise you'll have to include your fonts via widgets hosted on external HTML files.
