    Hi,

My Wiser 2 died so I replaced it with a 5500SHAC. It is all operational EXCEPT for 2 items.

    1. I can create scenes on the SHAC but I can’t work out how to get them to be accessible in the Toolkit so I can trigger them with a physical push button.
    2. The Wiser app was very handy. Is there an equivalent for the SHAC?

    Thanks.

    Thanks.

Unfortunately I cannot see the Trigger control come across in to the Toolkit when I create it in SHAC.

    what step am I missing?

You need to export the cgl file from the shac then import the cgl into toolkit,

Yep. I read that on another site and tried that but it shows nothing imported. I must admit I did think it sounded clumsy to have to export and import after each scene was added but it still didn’t produce a result.

    Next idea?

That sucks, you will need to manually duplicate/create the same trigger group addresses and action selectors numbers and tags in toolkit.

No other solution? Any setting I have preventing it from bringing data across?

    Also…

Once I get the Trigger Control working how do I allow it to be seen by devices in Toolkit so I can assign a physical button to it. I can only see Lighting options but no Triggers.

I find it easier to create everything in toolkit then import it into the SHAC. Toolkit understands what everything does better than the SHAC.

You need to set up trigger control as the secondary application on the global tab, then you will get an option button beside each group to swap between lighting and trigger control.

Thanks. I got this to work on the DLT switches and even, clumsily, on the eDLT but on standard 4 gang key switches I can’t add a secondary application so I can have Lighting OR Trigger Control.
    Any solution for that issue?

The original 2000 series standard (white) switches didn't support the secondary application so all switches must be the same application. Given you have an SHAC though, just create a new lighting GA, put that on the switch, then add an event script in the SHAC on that GA to trigger the scene.
