Apologies if this is a basic question, but can I program a 5753L to turn an exhaust fan on for X amount of time after Y amount of time has passed using toolkit?

i.e. when someone enters the room a count down timer starts and after that time if there is still motion in the room the exhaust fan will then turn on for a set time.

    Thanks.

The easiest/most flexible way would probably be to use logic.

You might be able to do it without logic using the sensor to trigger a slow ramp on the group address that controls the fan (like 10 minutes) and then set your fan relay with a turn on threshold of 50%. You'd have to set the PIR timer for whatever duration you want plus the delay it took to turn on.
