Schedule plus keeps re-syncronising

I have schedule plus software running to schedule the time at which the lights come on & off everyday.

There are six networks of which one network keeps resynchronising all over after getting an error status during sychronisation.

There are 79 units in this network the error status is always shown after the 59th unit is synchronised and the 60th unit is being synchronised.

Hence schedule plus cannot communicate with the units on this network.

Can someone please tell me what could be causing this problem.

 

The only way to know is to look at the logs. There are a few things which will be needed:
1. A C-Gate log, event level 9
2. A Schedule Plus log, for the same period as the C-Gate log
3. Details of the failure

If the log files are really big, you can use the PICED log file filter to reduce the size.

Send all of this to CIS Tech Support and ask them to forward it to me.
