I have a motorised blind and i wish to run the blind for approx 4 secs. this will allow it to go to halfway. i am using a scene for the interlocking and delay between button presses. I dont know how to set the timer up as i am using the "pluse" for the interlock timeout. Please help

Are you using any products that use the Logic Engine?

    PAC / Colour C-Touch / S+.

No it's not the only way, it just makes it a lot easier if you have one :)

and the solution without logic engine is ........?

Is there really a way to "pulse" a scene action with the timer function?

How about using in effect, TWO scenes. One that's an "ON" scene, and one that's an "OFF" scene. (or if you're trying to interlock, perhaps more)

Trigger the "on" scene when the timer starts (value=100%), and trigger the "off" scene when the timer ends (value=0%).

    Ie, scene_on trigger-group="blinds", level=100%
    scene_off trigger-group="blinds", level=0%
