I have at last set up the new Schneider Commissioning software to program a replacement 2 button Saturn 5082GF to replace a faulty unit on an existing 12 year old Cbus installation.
The network had been experiencing very intermittent things not operating correctly for sometime.
Finally the old version Saturn 2 button input unit failed (5082NL-680) completely and I removed it from the network and the intermittent fault has gone.

As the 5082NL is discontinued I purchased a new 5082GF and set it up on my test network in the workshop using the new commissioning software, upgraded tool kit to the latest I got that working fine - the new and old components working together.
This is where I have a problem. The Tool kit has a factory reset tab so I can reset the device before I connect and configure it on the customer's Cbus network.
I can't find a factory reset tab on the Commissioning software - have I missed something?
The only info I can find is there is a reset button on the face of the new input unit, top recessed after taking the cover phate off.
The only info i can find on this button says
"Reset button (b) is provided for recovery purposes only, Do not press unless instructed"
Not sure what they mean by that? I don't want to turn the device into a brick so thought I would give tech support a call however in the last day I have spent a total 110 minutes on hold - it disconnects after 22 mins each time.
Is Schneider Electric still operating ? (lol)
Can anyone assist, I am assuming that the button needs to be held down for a period of time or pushed multiple times?
Also I connected to the device through the USB C port and upgraded the firmware without any issues.
