RS485 communication

    Hi,
    Looking for help desperately.
    Spent couple of days trying to connect full duplex rs485 controller to the PC using usb to rs485 converter. Software is communicating but not establishing connection. Don't know how to troubleshoot. Anyone in Sydney able to help?
