    Thanks

    Thanks for that link.

However I need to know how the pins are set up for clipsal as the piece of equipment that i'm trying to connect to has TX on pins 2 and RX on pin 3 and I'm trying to see if I need to use a straight thruogh cable or a null modem cable??

    Any ideas??

    littleyid,
have a look at the installation instructions for the PAC and PCI.
These are available through the CIS website (www.clipsal.com/cis). You will find the info you need there.
