    Hi all,
I've looked through the forum and can't seem to find how to do this (sorry newbie)

All I need to know is when I press a wall switch (Saturn or a normal push switch) it then sends a RS232 (hex) code to a PC running a lighting control program.

I got the C-bus system working with just the packs etc and have a PICED module in the mix to to do the RS232 (so I was told...)

Any hint or line of code would be great :)

    Flip.

There are plenty of Examples installed with PICED.

    Have a look at

    Code:
    C:\Clipsal\PICED\Projects\Examples\Logic\Serial Test

The logic help file also has information. See the topic "Serial IO Examples" for lots of information about using serial.
