Room Logic Getway UB3 Problem

    Hello everyone:

    I have a problem of using UB3.

    When UB3 all setting is done ,data can be read by Modbus TCP and logic control work.
    A few days latter, It can't be read by Modbus, but internal logic control still work.
    Setting program can't link this device , IP pinging has response.
    Reset power it will work normally but a few day after. The same problem occurs

    Can somebody do me a support ? Thanks a lot

    This is not a C-Bus product so it's unlikely anyone here can help.

    Your best option is to contact Schneider Electric customer care or technical support in your region.
