Retrieving tag names from SHAC

I’ve taken over a job and as usual no toolkit file
There is a SHAC connected to an iPad controlling lights etc, can I recover tags from the SHAC in any shape or form ?

 

Did you try 'Export Toolkit CGL file' from the utilities tab in SHAC? Then create project in Toolkit and import CGL from the Project page?

 

No I haven't tried that, I'm in the process of obtaining the user/pass for the SHAC from the previous programmer. BTW is there a backdoor if I can't get the credentials ?without factory resetting the SHAC

 

Is there a stored admin password in Safari on the iPad?

 

it's not run on the browser, they've linked it to a 3rd party app called CTC wiser

 

Great app. I do exactly the same. Maybe @lcrowhurst can help then. Or the password may be something obvious and can be guessed. If it's older SHAC firmware then it may possibly still be the default of 'admin'. More recent firmware requires a change on first login.
