Retrieve Load Monitor

    I'd like to request the ability to retrieve the Load Monitor settings (Power Failure Recovery File) from a touch screen.

    I have not tested this but I believe you loose this file when you do a firmware update to a touch screen, and therefore if a client or someone on site modifies different addresses to recover or not, and then remotely update the touch screen... we then loose those settings.

    And it would be handy to be able to retrieve/download this file. :)

    You can do this already and I use it all the time... use the "Refresh Project" option in the transfer menu. Then, when you transfer the project back, make sure the option to transfer the power recovery file is checked.
