I have been out of the loop for a little bit. Just wanted to send some of my personal equipment for repair. I think I stressed one or two channels on my dimmer beyond its tolerance.

Where does one send V2 modules to get them repaired ? I have some 8 channel dimmers which need attention.

    Thanks.

A product repair service is available from Clipsal. You just take your faulty unit into a wholesaler who is selling C-Bus gear, fill out a Product Fault Report, and it gets sent to Clipsal in Adelaide for analysis. You then get a report stating either the repair cost or 'beyond economic repair'.

Many times it came back fixed for free. But I dont expect that to go on perpetually.
