Hi I have set up remote access in wiser. But was wondering is it possible to access tool kit remotely to make changes to the project and save a trip to site.

I am thinking i need to type in the ip address of the CNI as well as the ddns lable in interface connnection box of tool kit.

You can do as much with Teamviewer as you can with VPN and it is free.

I have ticked the box in wiser that allows remote access the tool kit but not sure how to use it..

    Hi Nastyboy01
I'm quite sure you will have to use a numerical ip address for toolkit and not a DDNS name.
I think you should also consider using a VPN rather than opening the Wiser's CNI to the internet.
But I welcome comment by someone Wiser:)

    Hi
All you need to do in Toolkit is specify either the Public IP address of your property or your DDNS details and set the correct port for your wisers CNI (default 10001) Then ensure port forwarding in your modem is set for the correct ports and it should all work.:)
