    I wouldn't say he acted very ethically and certainly wasn't doing his customer any favours or himself in the long run.

    Just to add injury to insult, he took the wire pairs book for a house that had over 4000 wires (including lan).

    That same clown had some very serious c-bus customers. He must have set back the brand about a decade.

    Tobex, you make some very good points there. I am sure you will always be busy with that simple and sound approach. Going back to the original point I do think the PAC (with what it brings to a project where there is C-Bus and a good security install) is justified in many cases. You get that extra 10-15% in terms of feature for not much more $. I do agree it does all add up and not everyone has money to burn. :)
