Anyone know a clever way to reset the password on a 5500SHAC?

We had an installer that cant continue on a project and wont hand over the credentials.

I am concerned that a factory reset will cause allot of issues.

The system is new but quite simple - DALI lighting, relays for fans, underfloor heating and towel rails, a few shutter relays. Touch screen control is by Savant.

    Hi there,

A factory reset will wipe the configuration only on the 5500SHAC itself, and will not modify any other device on the C-Bus network. But it is the only way to reset the password on the unit back to factory defaults.

If you can get a copy of the project backup from the installer, this could be directly restored to the unit after a factory default without impacting the admin password.
