What is the best setup to house all the CBUS relays/dimmers.

I will also have a network hub, patch panel and video distribution gear.
    Is a 19"" rack suitable.

C-Bus output devices require connection to a 240volt power supply and in turn also control the 240 volt connection to your light fittings etc. As such they should only be connected by a licensed electrician. Your electrician will be able to advise you on the best suited enclosure for these output devices.

Furthermore, do not mix 240 mains devices and network hubs, video gear etc, in the same electrical distribution board. Its not compatible with wiring rules, and potentially could be very unsafe.

Mains voltage and data signals including C-Bus will try and talk to one another in total gibberish meaning that messages receive not properly at end of other, results with unreliable interesting probable.
