Does anyone have cgate and a tsu9600 to test and provide feedback on a module i am working on for cbus?

It is working via a socket connection to cgate and supports 1 button for toggle on/off and dim up/down with last direction memory and a level percentage, it nearly mimics a cbus switch set to dimmer function.

It should support multiply tsu9600's i have tested it with 2, and functions with up to 8 buttons/groups per page.

Very basic graphics at the moment.

    Pronto

I can send it as a pack and go only at the moment (until code is fully tested) so i will need.

It will support the sentempb if clipsal ever make it, but not the stat after testing i found it very disappointing.

    Cbus

    1. groups you want to control
    2. project name
    3. you must run cgate and start the project and network (can be done auto in config file).
    4. add pronto ip to access list.

    Pronto

your ip for the pronto fixed
    your ssid
    your wep key

The pack and go will overwrite your existing xfc i presume you have a backup.

Dont know your level of cbus/pronto experience excuse me if i sound rude.

I got it all working, but have moved onto a pronto to amx interface that is taaking up a lot of time at the moment. If you send me the system details i will send you a demo xcf.

We have 4ch dimmer, 8ch DSI dimmer and 12ch relay in the office. C-Gate runs on Asus EEPC always connected through PC interface. EEPC is in the network (do I have to tell you IP address?)

    Thank you!

So where is this project likely to end up (it went quiet for a while), is it going to be like a defacto 2-way CBUS module for Pronto Pro, but one that requires CGate to be running? It sounds very interesting.

At the moment I have Pronto doing very basic control of CBUS lighting address groups via WiFi to the serial extender and PCI, but it's only 1-way of course. It's been a bit trial and error getting it to do what I want, but I have basic and reliable control of lighting via the Pronto now. Ultimately I'd like a master lighting control page on my Pronto, where scenes can be triggered, the scroll wheel perform dimming function, and the status of each lighting load in the house can be displayed graphically on the touch panel.

    Pronto

Going serial via a rfx was not an option it can only talk to 1 pronto at a time i had 7 on the system i was working on. So cgate is the only option the code a wrote could do what you want.
