    Hi, experts.

We had a strange bug with Non DIN Professional Series Dimmer L5102D10. One of it's channels had lost it's settings(group adjustment). We restored the setting using Toolkit and now it's working properly.
Any ideas, why could it happen?

Is there anyone, who could, please, answer my question? This unit is installed on very important site and we don't want this bug in future.
May it be because of unit's defect or because of external noise in power network?

It is very strange for a dimmer to suddenly "lose" a group assignment.

The settings are stored in the dimmer in EEPROM which in on the main processing chip. Noise is unlikely to cause it to lose a stored value.

I can only suggest that you leave it alone.

Another possibility is that the unit has mistakenly or deliberatly put into 'learn' and has had a new switch association made to it. This will be evident if the 'new' Group Address' is in decimal or hex if you are using V2 (ie no tag discription) and is the next lowest address available in the project that does not have a tag discription associated with it. You can guard against this by going to the global tab on the PRO unit and disabling the learn function.
